Soft Red Wheat Pastry Flour

Our newest flour, soft red wheat pastry flour. The soft red wheat is sourced from our friends at Small Valley Milling in Halifax, PA. This flour has less protein (e.g., gluten) and is designed to make pastries lighter and more delicate than those made with all-purpose flour. It bakes tender pastries, chewy cookies and delicious pie crusts!
