Our Pastrami Cold-Smoked Steelhead Trout has the same buttery, silky texture as our regular Cold-Smoked but topped with a peppery bite of pastrami. Hand cured with all-natural ingredients and smoked in small batches by family-owned smokehouse, Samaki, located in the Hudson Valley.  No hormones, antibiotics or artificial dyes. Free of mercury and microplastics.
